ABOUT US
In the last three years we have given general legal advice to over 22,000 clients and specialist advice to over 8,000 clients
Between April 2010 and March 2011, over 3,000 clients have received specialist legal advice and 88% of cases resulted in a positive outcome for our clients.
In this time, some of the most notable outcomes include
- 850 clients have seen their debt reduced / made manageable or can better plan their affairs
- 500 Clients have successfully retained their home / been rehoused following eviction or possession proceedings, or are in a better position with regards to housing
- 500 Clients have received improved benefits or can manage their benfits better
- Over 250 have won employment cases and received compensation through tribunal or out of court settlements in relation to employment cases, or understand their employment rights better
- Over 70 Clients have received care assessments, or are having deficiencies in existing assessments addressed, or understand their rights better
- Helped over 100 families successfuly resolve their issues
